It’s because people don’t understand how blessed they are in the midst of dealing with capitalism in the US. Get out of yourself for a moment and stop being so selfish. I’ve lost family members to gun violence, addiction, abuse, etc. I am blessed to still be here and be an example for people of my background. Enjoy the process and appreciate every moment you can breathe this air.

I'm 28, just lost my job, and I have 2 kids with one in the NICU. I can't wait or my kids won't have food. I don't any money saved for rent, or insurance, or even food. I just received my last paycheck and and spent nearly half of it on gas to get to the NICU. Wait for what?
